Kevin Rael founded Envision Luxury Builders with the core belief that “The Three P’s” of company structure (People, Process, and Product) are the foundation to building an outstanding company that will deliver phenomenal customer service with exceptional quality. His expectations and standards are high, and these characteristics are found throughout the entire Envision team. Our team strives for strong communication and setting clear expectations. It is imperative that we have support from one another to create a community culture that shares more good days than challenging days. We have built a culture where our clients and team members are treated with integrity and respect.

Kevin Rael
Owner
Kevin Rael is the President and Owner of Envision Luxury Builders. He has been in the residential design/build industry for 19 years, building resort-level projects featuring pools, landscapes, and structures. Kevin focuses on doing what’s right, has a passion for mentoring and inspiring others, listening patiently, and ultimately growing personally and professionally. He believes in collaborating with others that share these same qualities to develop the ultimate team and is a strong believer that the 3 P’s (People, Process, and Product) are the foundation to building an outstanding company that will delivery outstanding customer service with exceptional quality.
Ryan Trudell
Head of Design
Ryan Trudell is a Registered Landscape Architect in the state of Arizona, with project experience ranging from intimate-scale landscape garden designs to master-planned residential communities. Over his 28 years of professional experience within the industry, he has led landscape architecture firms and landscape design/build companies to create hundreds of stunning, award-winning projects throughout the Southwestern states. He is a proud graduate from The University of Arizona and has been a licensed landscape architect since 2002. Ryan joined Envision Luxury Builders in August 2022 to serve as the Head of Design to help guide the organization to become an industry leader in design excellence and innovation.
Tanya Fullington
Office Manager
Tanya Fullington is the Office Manager for Envision Luxury Builders. She is involved in the day-to-day operations of the business. Her exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills ensure that the business operates efficiently and smoothly. She has over 10 years in the landscape design/build industry and has her bachelor’s degree in Communications from New Mexico State University. She spends her free time with her family, traveling, reading, and watching/playing sports.
Todd Nakagawa
Design Professional
Todd Nakagawa is a Landscape Designer with Envision Luxury Builders. He is a design oriented, award-winning performer who delivers consistent results. Todd is an Arizona native and received his Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. He has over 20 years of professional experience in the landscape, pool and construction industry. He is an energetic professional with a proven track record of clean, functional designs with outstanding customer service. He is a multi-year award recipient of The Million Dollar Club ($1Million in Sales). Todd is a Certified Master Builder (Shasta Pools) and is Smartscape Certified (UofA). Todd is happily married to his wife, Heather. They have two beautiful children, TJ, 8 and Graci 6. He enjoys family time together at home and at their cabin up north at Christopher Creek. They are avid sports fans, always cheering on the home sports teams.
Kris Nakagawa
Purchasing/Permits
Kris Nakagawa teamed up with Envision Luxury Builders in 2021 bringing 10 years of administrative experience in the landscaping industry. Always willing to take on new challenges, Kris has served in a variety of service groups from estimating to technical support, to purchasing and permitting. Kris actively maintains vendor relations as well as communicating with Project Management to maintain budget, procurement and project scheduling. In his leisure time Kris enjoys spending time with family and friends while staying active in softball and outdoor activities.
